RED WINE/2019 VINTAGE.

This Argentine wine is a blend of ungrafted and grafted Malbec vines from our 2 best plots of 2 ha each. It is aged for 14 months in French oak barrels, from grapes hand-harvested plot by plot on our estate.

Food pairing: rib-eye steak, beef fillet, dishes in sauce, aged cheeses.

Serving: between 17 and 18 °C, ideally decanted 30 minutes beforehand.

Tasting note

This wine has an excellent colour, intense and lively with cherry tones. The nose is elegant, with aromas of blackcurrant, strawberry jam and forest fruits. On the palate it is ample, concentrated and round, with a voluptuous mid-palate; the tannins are discreet and give it fine structure and complexity.
