More than 80 people representing Argentine and French companies, as well as public authorities, participated in this launch and tasted the excellent Vignes des Andes wine.

Creation of ALFA, the new Argentina France Business Forum
A "founding group" of Argentines, French and Franco-Argentines (13 in total) created today, at the Maison de l'Amérique Latine, ALFA, the Argentine Chamber of Commerce and Industry in France.
ALFA, an association under the 1901 Law, will have the following objectives:
- to offer all Argentine companies present in France and in neighboring countries, as well as their French friends, a meeting space where they will find conviviality, information, networking, recruitment and training services, etc.;
- to offer Argentine companies wishing to establish and develop in France and in EU countries diversified and expert support: market studies, search for partners and distributors, legal and tax advice, etc.;
- to give French companies that are interested in Argentina or that operate there the opportunity to have access to strategic information and contacts, both private and public, in particular by organizing meetings with public decision-makers and heads of large Argentine companies.
ALFA, which has its headquarters in Paris, is present in France but also in Argentina where 4 of its founding members reside.
Its president, Florence Pinot de Villechenon, who is both French and Argentinian, is an expert in international affairs and director of CERALE at ESCP in Paris.
The other members of the "founding group", which complies with the principle of parity, are architects, entrepreneurs (both male and female), psychologists, lawyers, consultants, etc.
