ASSOCIATES PROFILE

"Vignes des Andes" is a wine, tourism and heritage project: it is aimed at wine lovers who have always dreamed of having a beautiful property within their own vineyard, in a majestic setting with a unique participation in a charming hotel and a winery, at an affordable price and with good profitability.

The project consists of a group of friends-investors from various regions of the world, including many French speakers. They are all lovers of good wine and olive oil, nature, the good life, the terroir of Mendoza and Argentina in general!

Each partner holds shares in the Argentinian company Vignes des Andes SA and participates alternately in the decision-making bodies that are the Strategic Committee, the Supervisory Board and the Board of Directors.

AN INVESTMENT AROUND 3 PILLARS

• The agricultural/viticultural pillar :
  Currently, the estate produces and sells high quality grapes, premium wine and extra virgin olive oil, from the 70 Ha of vineyards and 7 Ha of olive trees. The olive oil is marketed under the brand name "Oliviers des Andes" and our wine under the brand name "Passion de los Andes"
• The real estate pillar :
  The company Vignes des Andes SA, of which each investor is a shareholder, owns the 136 Ha plot and has planned to build a unique building combining a hotel and a bodega; each shareholder also has the possibility of building his own house on his 2 Ha plot.
• The tourism pillar : It provides for the operation of the hotel, Spa, Restaurant and wine bar, meeting rooms and events… We are looking for professional investor partners in the sector and/or an investment fund to finance this project.
